Working closely with the East Cobb Civic Association and the Cobb County Government, City Storage obtained unprecedented Light Industrial zoning entitlement to this Office/Institutional site to allow self-storage. Located on approximately 1 acre within Atlanta’s second-largest commercial office submarket, the site presented a redevelopment opportunity where City Storage demolished a 16,000 SF office building to allow for the City Storage facility. The result is single building, four-story, 73,728 gross square foot (52,706 net rentable) facility providing an example of City Storage’s trademark urban facility.
