City Storage gained the entitlements to this site on Ashford Dunwoody Road just north of Atlanta’s exclusive Perimeter Mall in July 2004. On a site less than one acre in size, City Storage developed 75,000 gross square foot multi-story building. City Storage designed the six-story elevation, with its architecturally significant Williamsburg facade, in conjunction with and in response to the influential Dunwoody Homeowner Association’s support of the unprecedented entitlement for self-storage in this sought after market.
